When the owners of Vic Braseria arrived in Catalonia, they toured local villages to learn more about the flavours of the land. Upon reaching the charming mountain flanked city of Vic, they fell in love. And when they got to taste its traditional cuisine, they fell head-over-heels madly in love. They couldn’t stop thinking about the mouth-watering taste of the local sausage, so they asked themselves: why not bring a piece of Vic to Barcelona? This is how Vic Braseria came to be: A personal perception of traditional Catalan cuisine, and an ideal place to feast in Barcelona, where the essence of flavour is brought out by the embers of the grill and the carefully curated produce. Among its classics dishes are the stone cooked steak, the mixed barbeque meats with intestines, those Catalan sausages, and grilled mixed seasonal vegetables.
