David Moseguí and Elisa Borràs have been running this restaurant together for 3 years. David, who studied at the Cambrils School of Hospitality, accumulated a long culinary career in the restaurants of the Costa Dorada and Ribera d’Ebre. Later, he would launch his own business with his wife, which has since become an essential stop on any visit to the Terra Alta. Local recipes made from regional produce encapsulate the essence of the land. Star dishes include the Bluefin tuna tartare and the beef fillet with foie, truffle, and chestnuts. Its ex- tensive wine list includes all those produced in the Terra Alta as well as many other nearby regions, which are written on the restaurant walls in order of their Designation of Origin.
