The Piedra family has been running this Sallent restaurant for the last twelve years. Inside, you’ll find mother Juliana Pardo, brothers Òscar and Alberto, as well as Òscar’s partner Mireia Segura. Their cuisine combines two highly distinct cooking styles which, at the same time, manage to remain compatible. On the one hand, a wide range of snacks and nibbles complements the set and à la carte menu. On the other, high-end gastronomy and traditional fresh market cuisine adopt a more personalized and contemporary vision. The family’s primary objective is to provide a relaxed atmosphere where guests can indulge in the pleasures of top quality food made from tasty local produce. Among its most celebrated dishes are the succulent veal and the potato confit.
