We wouldn’t be exaggerating if we said Chef Sergi Amor cooks his recipes to his last name: love. To taste any of his dishes is a pure delight. His mother, Maria, explains that his love for cooking began in his childhood. So intense was his passion, they had to send him to study at Manresa at the age of just fourteen, which was the only school that would accept such a young cook. Upon completing his studies, he spent a season traveling abroad to learn new recipes. “His skills in the kitchen have far exceeded mine,” says Maria, who is very proud of her son.
