Xavi and Fina’s restaurant is located in a charming little walled town that’s surrounded by natural splendour, which is something the couple is passionate about. Xavi’s real passion, however, is cooking, while Fina takes care of the restaurant and the guests, all of which is done with a true love for the trade. The vast majority of the produce they use is local and organic, as they believe it doesn’t make sense to eat anything that isn’t 100% natural. The couple was also one of the pioneers of the Km 0 movement in Catalonia. When they first arrived, Casafort only had two families. Nowadays, however, there are a few more in this village, which is surrounded by vineyards and forests and lies not far from Nulles, the nearest town. It’s a little slice of paradise where you’ll find good food and excellent service.
