The owner’s father was a farmer who worked the land he and his wife owned together. Aside from cooking tasty meals at home, the two liked eating out and trying new things in different restaurants. So, one day, they decided to renovate the family’s farmhouse to convert it into a restaurant which opened in 1971. Their dedication and love for cooking saw the restaurant grow more popular as the years went by. Each day, they used fresh produce from their vegetable garden to cook mixed grills, while mother made traditional Catalan recipes. Their children grew up helping out in the restaurant by setting tables, clearing dishes, and serving customers. Nowadays, two of the five siblings are following the tradition their parents began.
