Elies comes from the agricultural sector and Anna from the world
of business administration. After getting to know each other, they
decided to make a lifestyle change so they created a small restaurant
in this 1080 house which used to belong to their great-grandparents.
The couple fully renovated the old home, creating a kitchen out of the
former garage and a tastefully decorated dining room out of the stables.
In the twenty-three years they’ve been in business, they’ve never
stopped innovating. The two have opened an agro-establishment to
sell packed and ready to go meals made from local produce, thus
helping to revitalize business among small producers and artisans in
the area.
