Mercè and Toni opened the doors of L’Estel de la Mercè in 2003, to unite their professional careers in the catering business. Local Lleidan Mercè discovered the magic of cooking with her father and later trained in hospitality before traveling to France and England to explore new flavors. Toni, from Barcelona, trained at the School of Catering and Restaurants and is also a sommelier. At L’Estel de la Mercè, they offer a quality gastronomic experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can experience new sensations and excellent cuisine. Star dishes include Carnaroli rice with squid, butifarra-style pork sausage, and a caramelized suckling kid casserole on ratatouille with spinach, spicy polenta, and organic wheat grains.
