Delfí, with more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen, and Xavi, are the two friends who have been running the restaurant Les Roquetes de Balaguer since 2013, a place dedicated to traditional, modern and self-made cuisine. Its establishment consists of two rooms: a front for buffet breakfasts and a cafeteria which serves a set or a la carte menu. There’s also a terrace to enjoy the summer nights and a playground for the little ones. Some of its star dishes are the mushroom risotto with foie and the Dutch cucumber cannelloni with salmon tartar and round fruits, as well as an extensive artisan pizza menu. All their offerings can be enjoyed at home thanks to their catering service.
