In the summer of 1984, Ricard began setting up a small restaurant on the land he had inherited from his grandfather. Although he worked in metalworking, he’d always been passionate about cooking, which is hardly surprising given he’d grown up around grandmothers who were keen chefs. With the help of his daughters Núria and Georgina, the project has transformed his dreams into reality. The restaurant consists of various different spaces where guests can eat in privacy, dine al fresco, or partake in a grand celebration. Outside, the marquees are ideal for dancing or enjoying a drink on a summer night. Best of all, they’ve put up a colossal circus tent to entertain the little ones while the adults eat in peace. What a good idea!
