After working in a Maçanet hotel for many years, Maria Rosa and Dani began the journey of setting up their own restaurant business. With an abundance of tenacity and hard work, they renovated their farm to fulfil the needs of a modern food house. The couple prepares traditional home-style cuisine here such as veal with mushrooms, oxtail, and wild boar civet – ancient recipes that stay true to the restaurant’s lineage, albeit with an innovative touch. Their two children decided to follow the same career path; Irene studied tourism and Jordi hospitality. Currently, they run the restaurant with the help of their mother who is the heart and soul of the business. The team uses local and eco-friendly produce as much as possible to provide their clients with the highest quality cuisine.
