These days, Salvador takes care of the kitchen, while his brother Jaume and wife Margarita run the dining room. Together, they offer fresh market and seasonal cuisine using traditional recipes with a modern twist. Their mother taught them the secrets of quality traditional cooking, but they’ve taken the initiative to offer gourmet degustation menus for all budgets and tastes. The place is famous for its buffet breakfasts, which include a wide variety of different dishes.
