L’Artesanal is one of those places in central Granollers where you can
still eat healthy food made from quality produce. David and Stephanie
renovated this old house from top to bottom to set in motion their
dream of pursuing a career in the restaurant and confectionery business.
At first, it was an artisanal pastry shop. Over time, however, they
expanded the menu and joined the Slow Food movement, serving 0
km meals, craft beer, and natural wines. Every day, they prepare their
dishes at the point of sale with fresh and seasonal produce. The duo
tries to incorporate varieties of seeds and vegetables in their menu;
unique local ingredients that are scarcely in use today.
