L’Arosa proprietors Marc and Naomi met and fell in love at a hospitality school. From there, L’Arosa emerged as an idea for a project they could grow together, a task in which they had to demonstrate professionalism, imagination, and a passion for cooking. At least the name was an easy choice: a fusion of the letters of their surnames. Upon being inaugurated in 2007 with the help of their parents, the project finally became a reality, offering home-style cuisine with a modern, innovative twist and a warm homely service. One of its star dishes is the pork trotters stuffed with foie gras and caramelized apple, while the exquisite salted chocolate mousse is also highly recommended.
