Juan Pablo and Mari Cruz are a sweet couple who’ve recently embarked on the adventure of running a family restaurant. Together, they worked for more than twenty years in another place, forever hoping of opening their own business one day. Over time, they built up their experience and savings until they could finally fulfill their dream: offering a nice meal in a cosy, simple and traditional restaurant which is, most importantly, totally theirs. The grilled snails and meats are just of the dishes on their home-style menu. The duo buys organic vegetables and eggs wherever possible and are able to open six days a week thanks to their success. Gracefully, their two children come to help out on weekends.
