Local Lleida couple, Albert and Montse, have been running the La
Gramàtica del Vermut restaurant since 2015 in the old town, just a
few meters from the La Seu Vella castle. Above all else, their approach
focuses on top rate vermouth, music, and a lively atmosphere. The
restaurant has two large terraces to enjoy in the summer and two
small interior dining rooms with original, authentic decoration that
reference vermouth, as well as retro touches such as old bus license
plates and a Vespa. Among its best dishes are the La Gramàtica spiced
potatoes, the diced cod with romesco sauce and the octopus with potato
and pepper cream.
