Conxita who was 50 years old when she fell in love with this farmhouse
at first sight, which was the ideal place to create the restaurant
she’d always dreamed of. She’d previously worked for many years in a
hostel kitchen, but her desire to embark on a business venture eventually
saw her start one of her own. First, her daughter Sandra started
working at the restaurant. Then, a few years later, another daughter
called Laia came on aboard in the kitchen, culminating in a trio of
talented and energetic women with a passion for cooking and doing
things right. Together, they serve immaculately presented traditional
Catalan cuisine made from quality produce, as well as a selection of
more daring dishes using contemporary cooking techniques.
