Ida, a highly active woman who’s always had a passion for cooking,
decided to open her own restaurant in 1981 at the request of her
husband, who was a fisherman by trade. These days, her daughters
Mar, the owner, and El, continue the family business and are
beginning to prepare it for the next generation, Abraham and Abel,
who are the children of Mar. In a unique location surrounded by rice
fields near Buda Island and Banya Point, their rustic and traditional
cuisine is based on the typical ingredients of the Delta area. Among
its highlights are black rice, duck paella with artichokes, and a variety
of high quality seafood rice dishes which, in summer, can be enjoyed
on the magnificent terrace.
