Located just minutes from one of Barcelona’s most emblematic monuments,
the Seu Vella de Lérida, this cozy restaurant bases its cuisine
on Lleida tradition, especially the chargrill. The family in question
consists of Jordi Botargues, his wife, Antonia Martín, and his children,
David and Adrià, who are in charge of table service. The restaurant’s mission is to bring
the best ingredients from both land and sea directly to your plate for
immediate consumption. Among its specialties are pork trotters with
foie gras and prawns, baby goat smoked in a wood-fired oven, and, of
course, authentic Lleida snails cooked “a la llauna”.
