The story began when Francesc Palà adapted his private villa into the restaurant of his dreams. Fortunately, it happened to have a strategic location where the people of the greater Barcelona region would have to pass through on the way to Andorra or La Seu d’Urgell. Francesc studied at the prestigious Joviat School in Manresa and is about to finish his sommelier studies in Barcelona. He mostly takes care of the kitchen, while his parents and his partner run the service room. Together, they offer a modern and traditional style of Catalan food with an innovative touch of haute cuisine. Above all else, they base their authentic and tasty dishes on fresh produce, homemade traditions, and contemporary presentation. The roasted goats back and the grilled monkfish are its most popular dishes.
