Rosa, a tenacious fashion worker, refused to let herself be defeated
by the textile crisis of the time and decided to make a radical career
change by opening El Racó del Navegant, in 1993. She’s now been in
the business for over fifteen years and, despite working her fingers to
the bone, has managed to find the secret to success: delicious and
daring homemade recipes that delight her clientele. Her daughter has
joined the team, and together they run the restaurant with joy, creativity,
and passion. The unbeatable surroundings of the port of Sant
Andreu de Llavaneres don’t hurt either, a place where gastronomic
fusion is synonymous with quality.
