Iolanda and Llorenç opened the Denver eight years ago after managing a restaurant on the beach for more than 25 years. However, the constant pressure and competition to maintain an oceanfront restaurant left them feeling drained. Therefore, they hatched a plan to start cooking more happily and calmly, which began by searching for a new location for the restaurant. It was high time to start a new challenge. Above all else, they can now delve deeply into each dish, dedicating as much time as they want and watching with satisfaction as their customers come back again and again. This is the objective they lost in their previous project and that they’ve now recovered. Their loyal customers value good food and a pleasant homely atmosphere.
