Casa Xalets is a family business founded in the 1940s by Mrs. Ramona and Mr. Ramón in Àger, in the Noguera region, which boasts an enviable environment at the foot of the Montsec Mountain. Currently, his grandchildren, Jordi, and Txus are in charge of ensuring we enjoy their homemade recipes of traditional regional dishes prepared with local and seasonal products as we contemplate the incredible views of Montsec. Here you can enjoy a great gastronomic experience, with exceptional home-style service. Among its specialties are vegetable “trinxat” with bacon and sausage and the grilled pig’s trotters with chopped parsley and sausage.
