restaurant such as this, one that would transmit their love of cooking
into the kitchen. It started as a roadside diner where locals and truckers
would stop, who always seem to know the best places to eat. As
time went by, it evolved into the elegant restaurant you see today with
the approval of its long-time customers and forever faithful to its
original gastronomic proposal. Traditional recipes have undergone
an original touch, using creativity to take advantage of the quality
locally sourced produce. The standout dish is the snails, but be sure
to order them in advance because they often run out.
