The family in charge of this restaurant came from the textile industry but had to close their business some time ago. Later, Jordi and Pilar chose to reinvent themselves in the hospitality world. When they saw a 16th-century farmhouse that was about to be demolished, they decided to purchase and renovate it to start a restaurant of their own. Pilar, who came from a big family and was used to cooking for large groups, took charge of the kitchen with help from her son-in-law, Felix. Jordi and his daughter Ibana run the dining room, attending their customers with utmost calm and dedication. Although the parents have now retired, they still come in from time to time to greet old friends and customers who frequent the restaurant in search of quality food and good company in a warm and homely environment.
