Ladislao and Tresa opened a restaurant to serve seafood meals and tapas in the mid-80s after they’d worked as fishmongers their whole life. Since 2003, the second generation, Beatriu and Dani, have been in charge of continuing the family business, which is currently a benchmark seafood restaurant in the Bages region. Beatriu, who trained at the Joviat Hospitality School in Manresa, and his kitchen team offer cuisine that combines tradition and modernity, with a consistent focus on high quality produce. As for the main dishes, there’s the mixed seafood grill and
the zarzuela, not to mention an extensive menu of seasonal fish varieties. His gastronomic proposal doesn’t include any meat, although vegetarian and vegan options are available.
