The restaurant is run by two detail orientated sisters with a passion for perfection. Their secret recipe, they tell us, is “18% freshness, 15% innovation, 17% tradition, 16% imagination, 13% enthusiasm, and 21% passion!” The gardens and vegetable beds that surround the farmhouse are spectacular, an essential route to walk to admire the produce they’ll serve to your table.
