Alfons worked as a chef at a well-known restaurant while his partner Verónica managed the floor at a different eatery. As their schedules never coincided, they eventually decided to start up a project of their own. Together, they found a nice place where they worked long hours to transform it into the restaurant it is today – a true gem of L’Albi. Nowadays, they’ve earned a reputation for serving quality food with immaculate aesthetics. It’s a traditional albeit innovative restaurant that’s classic yet informal, and which focuses on the consumption of organic and locally sourced produce. Highly recommended dishes include the chicken cannelloni with a soft white truffle cream saurce and the snails “a la llauna.”
